From the garden to the table
The restaurant offers traditional Emilia cuisine together with
aromatic plants and herbs, plus a number of Bohemian dishes, especially in
winter.
The business is family run, with Angelo and his wife Zdenka, of Bohemian origin,
in the kitchen and their son, Armando supervising the tables.
Angelo also looks after the garden, next door to the restaurant, where all the
aromatic plants and fresh vegetable served in the restaurant are grown using
organic farming methods
